Brake Exercise Wheel

The brake exercise wheel with brake design.  The emphasis is on training arms, abdomen and waist. (The arrow mark on the handlebars should be posed forward.)  When the body forward, placing your hands on handle toward in and press brake for holding gear when the further stretch needs stopped, this can reduce slip injuries.  The brake will automatically release when the body moves backward.  Make a simple test to confirm the braking directions is correct before exercise.
